PIC - Retipping and Regrinding At PIC, we can take your worn or damaged in-feed or thru-feed work rest and return them to like new condition.  For those work-rests where the carbide as been damaged, PIC can strip off the damaged carbide and induction braze a strip of new carbide onto the blade.  We will them regrind the blade to like new condition so that you can continue to utilize this tool, saving approximately 30% of the cost of a new work rest blade. For work rest that are severely worn, PIC can regrind the worn carbide on both your in-feed or thru-feed work rest to your blueprints specifications saving you 70% the cost of a new tool.
